I began my vegan journey 5 years ago, when I started searching for a solution to my severe cystic acne. After one doctor told me that whey protein causes acne I decided to take all dairy, and eventually all animal products out of my diet completely. I started from scratch, as someone who had very little cooking experience, no knowledge of plant based dieting and nothing to help me skip the mistakes!
